u got a short circuit maybe the (+) touch the (-) wire or the car's metal...because the metal in car is the (-) ir ground circuit...

i love my LEDs they perfect the first day but the second day it blow one of my car fuse a bouth a nother fuse and it blow it up too Why is this happing?

you have to ground the wires to make the lights work. not complicated.
